We want to make things as simple and easy as possible here at Hello Simplified! Hopefully these FAQs can help answer your questions and get you excited about your upcoming organizing journey! For further questions, please contact us and we'd love to help.

1. What services do you offer?
We offer:
- HOME ORGANIZING SERVICES: Services include decluttering, organizing, and setting up functional and maintainable systems.
- MOVING SERVICES (PACKING/UNPACKING): Services include decluttering before moves, packing up your current home, unpacking, and setting up + organizing your new home.
2. How does the organizing process work?
- FREE PHONE CONSULTATION: Contact us and we’ll give you a call to find out more about how we can help and schedule your in-home consultation.
- IN-HOME CONSULTATION: At the in-home consultation you’ll give us “the tour” and show us what areas are bothering you. We’ll take photos for reference and send you an organizing proposal after, with 1-3 different organizing options.
- PLAN + ORGANIZE: After you book, we’ll schedule your dates, do all the shopping and planning; then it’s the fun part: we transform your home and create organizing systems! We take donations away for you after and return products not used.
- ENJOY: You enjoy your newly organized, functional, and stylish spaces! If you need help to maintain your spaces throughout the year, we can do that too!
3. What’s included along with my organizing hours?
Provided with organizing at no extra cost:
- Custom list of expert product recommendations
- Donation haul-away (one car-load per session)
- Arranging appointments with related service providers
- 100% confidentiality + zero judgment
4. How much does it cost?
Our in-home consultation is $75 and is credited back to your invoice when you book with us.
The more organizing hours you book, the lower the hourly rate.
1-14 hrs= $95/hr
15+ hrs= $90/hr
30+ hrs= $85/hr
45+ hrs= $80/hr
60+ hrs= $75/hr
75+ hrs= $70/hr
90+ hrs= $65/hr
Estimated hours are determined after the in-home consultation.
Hourly rate is per organizer. (Ex: 1 organizer for 1 hour= 1 hour. 3 organizers for 1 hour= 3 hours)
The more organizing hours you book, the lower the hourly rate.

5. How long does organizing take?
Organizing time varies greatly by space based on the size and how many items are in each space, the amount of desired products to be implemented, and how quickly decisions can be made by clients on decluttering choices. We provide in-home consultations to see each space and provide a more accurate estimate.

- Kitchens= 12-24+ Hrs
- Playrooms= 6-24+ Hrs
- Bedroom Closets= 6-24+ Hrs
- Linen/Coat Closets= 3-6+ Hrs
6. Are products included?
We’ve got you covered when it comes to organizing products! Upon booking, we create a curated list of recommended products for your home and get your approval before ordering (please note that the cost of said products is not included in the organizing estimate). We'll do all the shopping, returns, and then only invoice you for what we actually end up using, plus a 10% shopping fee on the final product amount.
7. Will you make me get rid of all my stuff?
Nope! We always encourage and can coach you through decluttering so that you cull away the excess and have items that you LOVE and use in your home. There’s less visual clutter and it’s easier to find the items you actually use. With that being said, we will never force you to get rid of anything. You know best what is meaningful and useful to you. The final decision is always yours.
8. Will you judge my space?
Never. We pride ourselves on being 100% confidential with zero judgment. It can be nerve-wracking for someone new to see your space, but we’ve seen many homes and are there to help you!
9. How will I maintain the organization after you're gone?
With our home organizing services, we will create organized systems for your home that are functional and maintainable. If you don't have the time or desire to maintain the systems we put into place, we offer household maintenance services. We can visit your home weekly, monthly, or even once a quarter, to give your home a revamp and bring it all back to that perfectly organized state. Household maintenance services options are:
- Maintaining Spaces + Organizing Systems
- Mail + Paper Management
- Laundry Put Away
- Tidying Up Before House Cleaner Visits
- Holiday/Seasonal Decorating and Decor Put-Away
- And More!
